I've decided to make certain mini rules to make KRUGs run smoothly:

1) Please, if possible, provide your presentation in an offline format (e.g. pdf, key, html) prior to the meetup. I'd like to timebox the talks more and have more options if a mac fails.

2) If possible, please prepare the talks using black or dark background. The Walls of Masada aren't the smoothest, to put it lightly.

Sorry for the technical difficulties last time - I'm looking for a replacement beamer right now.
